Imagine what the world
could become.

The World Building Lab’s weekend intensive gathers a small group of thinkers, innovators, builders, and creatives to imagine new worlds and extract real ideas from them.

“A rare and powerful container for grappling with what it actually takes to build better futures. From visioning to values alignment to implementation, it guides you through the real work of world-building. It helped me recognize both my capacity for leadership and the blind spots that show up in group dynamics. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility.”

— Me Time

Over the weekend, you will explore a problem, build a world around it, navigate power and decision-making, and produce a collective artifact.

We choose our role.

Each of us decides how we will contribute.

Systems are breaking down.

The world is entering a period of profound transition.

Through collaboration, new systems take shape.

why this, why now, why not?

We build together.

We begin to imagine alternatives.

New ideas about governance, culture, technology, and society start to emerge.

The old world stops
making sense.

Institutions, assumptions, and narratives we relied on begin to fracture.

Moments of transition
open up possibility.

History enters a creative phase.

Designed for people who:

  • Think deeply about the future of our world

  • Are building ventures or projects they believe in

  • Are interested in becoming more effective leaders, collaborators, and decision-makers

  • Want to understand systems, power, and culture more clearly

  • Are curious about how new worlds get imagined and built

  • Want to connect with others exploring similar questions

“The lab was a unique and animating experience that helped me bring my best self to the big challenges in my work.”

An invitation to pause and prototype new ways of being.

A training ground
for human dynamics.

All the details.

  • The Lab isn’t a course or conference. It’s an immersive, hands-on experience where you’ll explore how to think, build, and lead differently. It blends strategy, creativity, foresight, and collaboration through guided exercises, group dynamics, and simulations. You’ll test ideas, connect dots across disciplines, and develop core skills for navigating uncertainty, complexity, and decision-making.

  • The Lab is designed for founders, artists, educators, technologists, researchers, community builders, cultural leaders, and anyone exploring how to shape the future with clarity, imagination, and care. It’s for people who are actively building, transitioning, or reimagining what’s next in their work, practice, or life.

  • Unlike most retreats or courses, the weekend intensive is not about consumption, but creation. You’re not being “taught” something; you’re practicing and prototyping new ways of being, thinking, doing, and collaborating. The experience is partly designed and partly emergent, shaped by the participants in the room.

  • You’ll be invited into a blend of facilitated sessions, group activities, creative exercises, and simulations that catalyze collective imagination and reflection. Some parts will be structured, while others will be open-ended or gamified.

The energy and direction of the Lab will evolve based on who’s in the room. You’ll be stretched, but supported.

  • Everyone comes in with something—an idea, a question, a transition—and leaves with something tangible.

    You might leave with:

    • A new framework, prototype, or story.

    • A reframed perspective that changes your direction.

    • Feedback and new collaborations.

    • A deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and creative momentum.

    • Your next big idea.

  • The full cost of the Lab is $1200 + Tax (CAD).

    • You may be contacted to schedule a 1:1 interview

    • After the interview, you may receive an official invitation

    • Once you’ve paid for the Lab, your spot is locked in

    • You will then receive additional information to prepare for the experience

  • We’re curating a small, diverse group of curious, generous, and imaginative people from across disciplines and walks of life. Each participant is carefully chosen to ensure a balance of perspectives, energy, and expertise that makes the experience dynamic and meaningful for everyone involved.

When reviewing applications, we look for three things:

    1. Clarity of Intention – Are they clear about why they want to join the Lab and what they hope to explore or contribute?

    2. Depth & Readiness – Do they have the awareness, curiosity, and capacity to engage with intention?

    3. Unique Contribution – Do they bring something distinctive, an experience, perspective, or way of thinking, that will enrich the collective?

  • We can accept only a limited number of participants for each intensive, and we’re curating the group to ensure a diverse range of perspectives, experiences, and expertise.

If you’re not selected this time, don’t worry, you’ll remain on the waitlist and be among the first to hear when future weekends become available.

We encourage you to apply again.

  • Due to the nature of the experience and the limited number of spots, all payments are final. Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds.

If you’re unable to attend after being selected, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding and respecting the integrity of the process.

Take part in a strategy simulator for the future.
