The right room can change the trajectory of your work.

The World Building Lab’s 3-day intensive is for people who want to think more clearly about what they’re building, connect with ambitious peers, and turn ideas into something real.

Upcoming Intensives: Coming Soon

“A rare and powerful container for grappling with what it actually takes to build better futures. From visioning to values alignment to implementation, it guides you through the real work of world-building. It helped me recognize both my capacity for leadership and the blind spots that show up in group dynamics. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility.”

— Me Time

Through various exercises and simulations, you will explore the forces shaping our world, prototype ideas, and leave with clearer direction on what to build, pursue, or change.

Application based. Limited to 8-10 per cohort.

why this, why now, why not?

Systems are breaking down.

The world is entering a period of profound transition.

The old world stops making sense.

Institutions, assumptions, and narratives we relied on begin to fracture.

Through collaboration, new systems take shape.

Moments of transition
open up possibility.

History enters a creative phase.

We begin to imagine alternatives.

New ideas about governance, culture, technology, and society start to emerge.

We build together.

We choose our role.

Each of us decides how we will contribute.

“The lab was a unique and animating experience that helped me bring my best self to the big challenges in my work.”

Clarify your
role in the future.

Designed for people who:

  • Think deeply about the future of our world

  • Are actively prototyping/building ventures, initiatives, or projects

  • Want to become more effective decision-makers

  • Want to understand systems, power, and culture more clearly

  • Are interested in developing foresight and strategic thinking

  • Want to connect with others exploring similar paths

What actually happens over 3 days.

Phase I - Observation

We zoom out from your day-to-day and look at the bigger picture.

  • What forces are shaping the world right now?

  • What assumptions are you operating within?

  • How does your work connect to the systems around you?

Most people realize they’ve been thinking inside a much smaller frame than they thought.

Phase III - Realization

You take what’s emerged and start giving it structure.

  • What are you actually bringing into form or moving toward?

  • What’s the next step?

  • What needs to change in how you operate?

Most people leave with something more concrete than they came in with, not fully finished, but clearer and more actionable.

Phase II - Exploration

This is where you start working with others in the room.

  • You share and prototype ideas, questions, and early directions

  • You get feedback from people outside your usual context

  • You navigate real group dynamics, alignment, discernment, and decision-making

This is usually where things can get challenging, and where the most growth happens.

An invitation to pause and prototype new ways of being.

A training ground
for human dynamics.

All the details.

Take part in a strategy simulator for the future.
